Young Cliff

A good friend sent me this photo the other day (taken around 1973).
I want to title it, “Cliff Mazer in Nature (Colorado) as a young man invoking the Gods but as usual, due to ADHD, etc. forgetting the all important purification (of self) ritual beforehand as well as the equally important “gift offering” of water, wine or food that demonstrates generosity, respect, sincerity, surrender and devotion to ones chosen Deity rather than just showing up empty handed and thus being seen as an immature self-centered schnorrer. As a result, I may or may not have been put on Yahweh’s “Consider for Smoting in the Future” list. Still working on it.

schnorrer
/ˈSHnôrər/
A schnorrer is a Yiddish term for a moocher, or sponger type of person who demands or wheedles help, money, or special favors while acting with a unique sense of charm, self-centeredness and entitlement rather than self awareness, gratitude and appropriate humility.
